Outcome: The court dismissed the restraining order after Attorney Grostyan’s successful cross-examination and a persuasive closing argument.

Case Type: Vehicle Forfeiture and Plate Impoundment from DWI arrest
Court: Hennepin County
Outcome: Attorney Grostyan was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the vehicle forfeiture. Attorney Grostyan also successfully persuaded Driver Vehicle Services to rescind the license plate impoundment. Client’s vehicle was returned to him and new license plates will be issued at no cost.
