Outcome: Client was facing a potential 90-day jail sentence and $1,000 fine. Coley Grostyan negotiated a plea agreement where Client pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Most importantly, the domestic assault charge was DISMISSED.

Outcome: Client was facing a fifth probation violation in three years with a high risk of serving 90 days in jail. Through Attorney Grostyan’s diligence and advocacy, the client avoided jail time and was able to continue on probation under the previous terms and conditions.
